A-16 TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT PAPER During this period, a paper entitled "Rocket Measurements of Upper= Atmosphere Ambient Temperature and Pressure in the 30- to 75-Kilometer Region" by H. S. Sicinski, N. W. Spencer, and W. G. Dow was submitted for publication in the Physical Review. It was later returned with the suggestion that the Journal of Applied Physics would be a more suitable medium. Accordingly it has been submitted to that journal. PASCHEN LAW EXPERIMENT A technical report on the Paschen Law experiment conducted in September 1951 was initiated during this period. FINAL REPORT The compilation of the final report on the work under this contract was begun during this period. _____._____________________ 1
