dc.description.abstract | A differential spectropolarimetric method has been developed for the measurement of glycogen phosphorylase activity. The reaction course measured in this way was first order, in agreement with results obtained by measuring inorganic phosphate liberation. The rate constants derived from the reaction curves were proportional to enzyme concentration. | en_US |
