Abstract: Fully developed microwaves of Henle's fiber layer all around a foveola exhibiting cystoid changes and localized detachment are demonstrated in an eye, that was proptosed and exposed due to advanced basal cell carcinoma. The significance of microwaves in Henle's fiber layer among other reactive changes of the foveal retina is discussed.
