Abstract: Dr. Will Tuttle tells about his own journey to becoming a vegan and to writing his book, The World Peace Diet: Eating for Spiritual Health and Social Harmony. He then presents the main topics of the book. As our culture is based on the use of animals for food, we have become disconnected from our own natural sympathies, and many social ills result.
