Embedded Nanofibers Induced by High-Energy Ion Irradiation of Bulk GaSb This study was supported by the U.S. DOE (DE-FG02-02ER46005 and DE-AC05-76RL01830). Ion implantations were conducted in the Environmental Molecular Sciences Laboratory at PNNL and analyses were completed at the University of Michigan's Electron Microbeam Analysis Laboratory using equipment supported in part by the NSF (DMR-0320740 and DMR-9871177).
