dc.description.abstractExpert systems can increase the effectiveness of planning. Planning information can be exchanged through intelligent computer/communication aids. More effective knowledge- based management of planning projects is possible through the use of such aids in distributed networks. We discuss the potential and limitations of such networks.en_US
