The structure has an octagonal exterior and circular interior. Three sides of exterior are visible; the best preserved is 3.62 m long. The radius of the interior is approximately 3.50 m. Near by are a base molded block, a fragmentary column base, and a pedestal base with a base diameter of 0.38 m.
