Description: Local Name: Aphrodisias, North Necropolis Local Information: Regional Survey 2001 no. N7 Latitude: 37.42.47.34 Longitude: 28.43.12.90 Elevation: 526m Description: Large pile of overgrown rubble including mortared stones but no visible walls. The top of the mound is approximately 1.5m above field level. Blocks in the area include two pedestal column bases and fragments of slender unfluted gray marble columns. In 2001, part of a curving wall was visible in the northern part of the mound, and several straight walls along the eastern and southeastern part of the mound.
