Description: Local Informant: Mahmmut Erdoğan (83 years old) Local Information: Mahmmut, owner of field, says that Kenan Erim dug up 4 sarcophagi, now in museum, in the S edge of field; they were near a chamber tomb Latitude: 37.41.43.9 Longitude: 28.43.40.9 Elevation: 515m Description: At the reported findspot of four sarcophagi are various architectural blocks, including a small scale tall pedestal column base and a bench block. In the surrounding field are a number of late style roof tiles, and significant amounts of pottery.
