Abstract

Photographs from the October 13, 1999 ceremony in which the college was renamed in honor of long-time University of Michigan benefactor, Alfred Taubman. Taubman's $30 million gift to the school in 1999 was at that time one of the largest in university history and the most generous single gift ever made to a school of architecture in the United States.
