It calls for the departure of occupying troops and the freeing of reform leaders from internment. Workers from the depot in Motoly, who were prevented from taking their trams and buses out on the morning of August 21, assure President Svoboda and the Central Committee of the Communist Party that they will not abandon their workplace.
