school desegregation case of 50 years ago in courses, lectures, films,
symposiums, exhibits and lectures. A featured event this month is
legal scholar Lani Guinier's Jan. 19. keynote address for the annual
Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Symposium at 10 a.m. in Hill Auditorium. |

create more jobs during the year ahead,” Richard Curtin, director
of U-M’s Surveys of Consumers, said. Retailers, however, "viewed
