Specimen UMMP VP 81822 was scanned with a Nikon XT H 225ST μCT system housed in the Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences at the University of Michigan. Scans were collected with the following settings: energy settings, 110 kV, 80 µA; source to object distance, 43.083057 mm; scanned with 3141 projections; voxel size, x = y = z = 0.015596 mm; slice dimension (in pixels), x = 538, y = 465; number of slices, 931 16-bit TIFF images. Additional metadata can be found in the xtek and vgi files.
The reconstructed slice data from the scan are offered here as a series of TIFF images. At the time of posting, this format can be loaded in a variety of viewers, such as 3D Slicer, Amira, Avizo, Dragonfly, ImageJ, and VG Studio. Projections are not included in this dataset.
