Methodology
  • Single-photon emission computed tomography imaging scans (SPECT/CT) were acquired on Siemens Intevo scanners and correspond to Lu-177 patients who have consented to be on dosimetric research trials in our clinics. All patient private information is anonymized using commercial software.
Description
  • This publication contains anonymized SPECT/CT scans of two patients. Patient scans were taken at 4 different time points in the week following a therapeutic dose of Lu-177 DOTATATE. Both the SPECT and the co-registered CT are provided. All images are in DICOM format.

  • An error was detected in the read me file on Feb 17, 2021. The high-level background information about patient 4 and patient 6 had been switched in the readme file, so that information about patient 4 actually described patient 6 and vice versa. A corrected readme file was uploaded on Feb 18, 2021 and the earlier readme was removed.

  • Additional revisions were made to the readme file on May 18, 2021. The authors changed multiple instances of “a week” to 8 days to better reflect the scan time period; Revised “Co-registered scans” to “Registered scans” – Page 3; Switched the Patient 4 and Patient 6 age, sex, and ID lines – Page 4,5; Switched order of “Lesion and Organ Volumes of Interest” and “Lu-177 SPECT Time Integrated Activity maps” – Page 3; and Modified the description of “Lesion and Organ Volumes of Interest” – Page 3. The corrected readme file was uploaded on May19, 2021 and the earlier readme was removed.
