Methodology
  • The searches were run in Ovid MEDLINE, Ovid MEDLINE In-Process & Other Non-Indexed Citations, Embase, and Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials on July 21, 2016. The results were imported into Endnote X6. Most duplicate citations were removed in the program through automated and manual processes.
Description
  • The dataset represents the complete search strategies for all literature databases searched during the systematic review. The Endnote library that contains all citations is also included.
