Methodology
  • Diagnostic imaging scans were acquired under standard clinical protocols and correspond to Lu-177 patients who have consented to be on dosimetric research trials in our clinics. All patient private information is anonymized using commercial software.
Description
  • This publication contains anonymized diagnostic imaging scans of two patients. The images provided are pre-therapy scans used by clinicians for diagnosis and for selecting patients for treatment with Lu-177 DOTATATE. Multiple imaging modalities are present including diagnostic CT, MRI, and Ga68 PET, depending on the selected patient. All images are in DICOM format.

  • An error was detected in the read me file on Feb 17, 2021. The high-level background information about patient 4 and patient 6 had been switched in the readme file, so that information about patient 4 actually described patient 6 and vice versa. A corrected readme file was uploaded on Feb 18, 2021 and the earlier readme was removed.

  • Additional revisions were made to the read me file on May 14, 2021. The authors changed multiple instances of “a week” to 8 days to better reflect the scan time period; Revised “Co-registered scans” to “Registered scans” on Page 3; Switched the Patient 4 and Patient 6 age, sex, and ID lines – Page 4,5; Switched order of “Lesion and Organ Volumes of Interest” and “Lu-177 SPECT Time Integrated Activity maps” – Page 3, and Modified the description of “Lesion and Organ Volumes of Interest” – Page 3. A corrected readme file was uploaded on May 19, 2021 and the earlier readme was removed.
