Methodology
  • The data is processed using the matplotlib package from Python. The Python code used relies on Python 3. The data used is a subset from the data found in the link,  https://deepblue.lib.umich.edu/data/concern/data_sets/8s45q8784?locale=en . The data in this study contains only one time step and does not require all of the data found at the link which contains 12 hours of simulations.
Description
  • This research is from the last time step of a 12 hour simulation. The files that are attached with this simulation require the raw data from (doi:10.7302/fwq2-ey41). The python files generate various plots for the paper.
