Methodology
  • This dataset includes atomic coordinates (.pdb files) for bioinformatic models of antibody fragment binding to an MPER epitope – membrane protein fusion. For each membrane protein subject, MPER fusion was evaluated in several different registers, and evaluated for binding by four different antibody fragments. A model is provided for each fusion register and antibody fragment. More details about the methodology used in generating this data set are included in the readme file.

  • This project evaluated the binding of antibody fragments to membrane proteins fused to a short epitope sequence (“MPER”). This dataset includes atomic coordinates (.pdb files) for bioinformatic models of antibody fragment binding to an MPER epitope – membrane protein fusion.
