Dataset for calculating lattice vectors (and anisotropy) of zebrafish cone mosaic Read me for studying lattice anisotropy ‘Mikiko_LIF_Images_Day0’ is the folder which contains z-stacks of three separate sample (at the time of photoconversion) for studying lattice anisotropy ‘Mikiko_LIF_Images_Day0’ is the equivalent of ‘Mikiko_LIF_Images_Day234’.
