# MAPT Annotation Meta Analysis
## element\_count.xlsx
Count data of individual elements of the figures obtained from publications.
Data from each of two coders is in tabs coder1 and coder2.
Conculsion tab holds consensus data and exclusions.

### Column Definitions
- figure\_id: reference to the figure in the form of paperAbbreviation\_figureNumber
- measure: Count of the measure elements in the figure http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/psdo\_0000081.
- ascribee: Count of the ascribee elements in the figure http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/psdo\_0000084.
- performance: Count of the performance elements in the figure http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/psdo\_0000083.
- time: Count of the time elements in the figure http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/psdo\_0000082.

## dimension\_count.xlsx

Count data of the representing dimensions of the figures.
Data from each of two coders is in tabs coder1 and coder2.
Conculsion tab holds consensus data and exclusions.

### Column Definitions

- id: reference to the figure in the form of paperAbbreviation\_publicationYear\_figureNumber
- measure: Count of the measure dimensions in the figure. 
- ascribee: Count of ascribee dimensions in the figure.
- performance: Count of the perfomrance dimensions in the figure.
- time: Count of the time dimensions dimensions in the figure.

## PSD\_identification.xlsx

Count and identification of number of performance display summaries in each publication.
Results from each coder in tabs Coder1 and Coder2.

The data is in wide format with multiple sets of columns present & description one for each figure.

### Column Definitions of Coder tabs
- codeID: index number of the study
- studyID: identifier of the publication in form author\_keyword\_publicationYear.
- present: if performance summary display present in publication 1, if absent 0.
- description: description of the location of the performance summary

### Column Definitions of Conclusion tab
- codeID: index number of the study
- studyID: identifier of the publication in form author\_keyword\_publicationYear.
- number of PSD: Consensus count of number of performance summary displays present in publication.
- Reason for disagreement: Brief reason for inter coder discrepancy of number of PSDs in publication. 

### Column Definitions of validated PSD tab
- systematic review: Authors and publication date of systematic review covering multiple publications of audit and feedback studies.
- n: Index number of the publication
- publication: citation of publications included in the systematic review
- short\_pub\_name: identifier of the publication in form author\_keyword\_publicationYear.
- number of PSD: Consensus count of number of performance summary displays present in publication.
- PSD\_id: Base filenames of the performance summary displays extracted from the publications.
