dc.description.abstractRecords from the Bentley Historical Library's MeMail email archiving project related to the development of the 'copy method' for acquisition of content. This method involved record creators placing a copy of all archival email in a designated mailbox to which the archives had access. Includes documents related to the development of the copy method, process and techniques for implementing the method, internal protocols related to pilot participants, training materials for participants, and analyses of pilots.en_US
