dc.description.abstract | Records related to a Request for Proposals [RFP] sent out by the Bentley Historical Library to solicit bids for the development of an electronic records management system as part of the MeMail email archiving system. Responses to the RFP highlighted the costs and organizational challenges of implementing an ERMS solution and led the library to identify alternative strategies. Records include documentation of technical and functional requirements, the final version of the RFP, schedules, technical analyses of responses, vendor demonstrations, and assessments of proposals. | en_US |
