Abstract:
Community histories created and collected by Ann Arbor, Michigan resident, Dale Leslie. This online collection contains audio recordings of radio broadcasts and college fight songs as well as video interviews and other historical footage of landmarks and events in Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, and the hamlet of Dixboro.

Biography:
Dale Leslie, a life-long Ann Arborite, is an active local history steward and community volunteer in the greater Ann Arbor, Michigan area. Leslie earned a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Michigan University as well as masters degrees from Ohio University and the University of Michigan. From 1961-1997, Leslie owned and operated Leslie Office Supply, Inc, selling the business in 1997.

Leslie has been active in several Ann Arbor area community groups, serving on the board of directors for the Washtenaw County Historical Society, as president of the Kiwanis Club of Ann Arbor, and as former executive committee member of the Ann Arbor Area Chamber of Commerce. He is a former member of the City of Ann Arbor Cable Communications Commission and a member of the Ann Arbor First Presbyterian Church.
