Abstract

Audio recordings of oral history interviews with three members of the DeKorne family conducted by Tom Van Zoeren in 2006 and 2007. Series of interviews conducted with Jack DeKorne from September 8 to October 3, 2006 cover family history generally as well as his own life and background, DeKorne Furniture, and Glen Haven Indians. Interview with Ken Ryskamp conducted on August 31, 2007 covers his life growing up and career, various family members, and the Indian settlement by DH Day Park. Interview with Trudy van Noord conducted on September 19, 2006 covers her life growing up and Glen Lake as well as information on some of her relatives.
