Abstract
Video recording [8:25] of an interview with Maryanne George, a reporter for the Detroit Free Press from 1980 to 2006. George relates how she worked in the same building as King when she opened the Free Press Ann Arbor Bureau in 1990 and she and King became friends. She also gives an overview of King's work fighting sex discrimination in education, politics, and sports and describes King as a 'walking, talking support group.'Other Identifiers
