dc.description.abstractThis book chapter describes the author's effort to do research on a family cemetery. It had 829 gravestones with birth and death information. The author conducted an analysis of death patterns over sixteen decades. There were definite patterns of infant mortality, gender mortality, changes over time regarding patterns and causes. The approach is on how the author conducted the research rather than being a technical report.en_US
