The forums were conductted jointly by the Michigan Environmental Council and the Michigan Association of Railroad Passengers (MARP) to begin conversation about Michigan's passenger rail system, better understand what Michiganders want out of the system, and encourage people to submit ideas for the official State Rail Plan.en_US
