Barry (57) talks to his friend Judie (69) about the development of the Jewish community in Ann Arbor over the years. Interview log: 1:00 Barry's father first came to Ann Arbor in 1926. He was in farming. Barry was born in 1955. 6:20 Judie moved to Ann Arbor with her husband in the 1960s. 8:40 Barry talks about how his mother was involved in the Jewish community. Barry married his wife in the 1980s. 10:45 Barry talks about the controversial development of Temple Beth Emeth in the 1960s. 12:50 Judie talks about how the community has grown.
