Abstract: Kevyn Orr is an attorney who served as Emergency Manager for the City of Detroit from 2013 to 2014, and oversaw the city's Chapter 9 bankruptcy filing and financial restructuring during that period. This collection contains physical and digital records documenting Orr’s tenure as emergency manager, including governmental, legal, and financial records as well as correspondence and handwritten notes.
