dc.description.abstractIn 2014, the Research unit of the University of Michigan Library set out to gain a more complete understanding of the work performed by International Studies technical services staff. In 2016, this project expanded to include Asia Library in partnership with with Bridgeport Consulting LLC of Ann Arbor, Michigan. This collection includes files that were created during both phases of the project.en_US
