dc.description.abstract	Starting in fall 2016, the University of Michigan Library Ask a Librarian email reference service providers sought feedback about users’ motivation for seeking help via email. Email service providers invited users to provide feedback by including an invitation when responding to email replies. This report covers user feedback on the Ask a Librarian email reference service from October 10, 2016, to December 31, 2016. (Another report will cover winter 2017.)	en_US
