dc.description.abstract | Starting in fall 2016, the University of Michigan Library's Ask a Librarian email reference service providers sought feedback about users’ motivation for seeking help via email. Email service providers invited users to provide feedback by including an invitation when responding to email replies. This report covers user feedback on the Ask a Librarian email reference service from January 1, 2017 through March 31, 2017 (winter semester). It provides some comparisons to the data collected during fall semester 2016 (the interim report). | en_US |
