dc.description.abstractThis research will seek to ascertain the results of the operational changes that have taken place within the American Red Cross in response to the surfacing of the HIV virus, and, whether the changes made within the organization have made the nation's blood supply as safe as possible, with respect to FDA regulations and public's perception as to the safety of the blood supply.
