With the development of digital technology, it has become easy for everyone to transmit information in public. Fact, fake, and deep fake are mixed. When even the fact misperception is also regarded as "an alternative form of fact" and falsification of the official documents is made publicly, it is difficult to distinguish from the real things. The importance and the social responsibility of the information professionals such as recording and preserving, and providing information, is increasing more than ever before, in a society where people tend to gather information favorable only for their interests.en_US
