This paper highlights an important innovation in healthcare delivery during the COVID-19 pandemic. Group care models, such as CenteringPregnancy in our case, are limited due to social distancing restrictions. Therefore, a novel approach to care is necessary if we are to continue this service. One organization's efforts to adapt CenteringPregnancy, which is a group prenatal care model, to better facilitate access to obstetrical care, are described. The model presented herein could apply to other modalities of group care and could directly impact healthcare delivery for others struggling with similar issues.en_US
