dc.description.abstractAs part of the Solar and Space Physics Decadal Survey process, the Education and Workforce Working Group developed a community survey that was implemented by the American Institute of Physics and funded by a National Science Foundation (NSF) grant. The goals of the survey were to determine the demographics of the field and assess the health of the field.en_US
