dc.description.abstractWink is a mobile iOS app that reminds users to record their sleep and mood, then presents the user with data to help them better understand their mental health. The app sends users reminders in the morning and evening to input their data and allows users to backfill data from previous days. In addition to displaying simple statistics such as average mood and average sleep, the app computes a correlation score which it interprets and puts in context for the user. Finally, the app has a view that allows users to view the weekly trend in their sleep, mood, and the correlation between them.
