At the core of its business, it wants to make healthy food a more accessible and convenient option. This report will focus on the smart-fridge vending model, chosen for its versatility and attractiveness as a potential competitive advantage in the competitive market for customers in the fast-casual, health conscious food industry of Detroit. The report will highlight primary and secondary research used as evidence for a detailed analysis of potential smart-fridge locations and effort made to place smart-fridges in Ann Arbor. | |
