dc.description.abstract | Steelcase, Inc., a multinational leader in office furniture, is committed to leading the charge in its industry to set science-based targets that are in line with the Paris Climate Accords’ 1.5ºC warming scenario. One part in achieving this goal is the inclusion of near- and long- term risks due to climate impacts in business planning. As such, the objectives of this Master’s Project are to conduct a climate risk scenario analysis for Steelcase, Inc, which includes an analysis of North American supplier risk, a physical risk assessment of Steelcase Owned and Operated facilities, suppliers, and customers, and a transitional risk assessment of the Steelcase business and key materials related to manufacturing its products. | en_US |
