This capstone was an exploration of the interaction between the entrepreneurship process and the engineering process. I used research-based discovery to determine a viable problem statement, strong customer discovery tactics to verify said problem and shape a solution, and engineering principles to develop and improve a minimum viable product. Additionally, this project served as an opportunity for me to explore the tools available to prototype web-based applications. These tools not only allowed for surface-level aesthetic changes, but also the ability to create robust functionality within the prototype. Another important skill learned through this process was the ability to evoke strong, meaningful answers from interviewees.
