This poster was exhibited at the ACRL conference, March 17, 2023 in Pittsburgh, PA. It is the result of an 18-month service design project conducted at University of Michigan Library in 2020-2021. The project used inclusive, participatory design practices to determine how the Library can make our undergraduate collection a community-driven service. Poster presents design steps, methodology, research questions generated, and selected ideas generated by student and librarian participants to improve this collection as a service to undergraduate students.en_US
