A Monte Carlo computer code which approximates the scattering and transmission of charged particles in a homogeneous sector field magnetic spectrometer is described. Program operation, including the function of required subroutines, is discussed. A comparison of calculated and experimental results yields reasonably good aggreement, with single surface scattering events contributing to the transmission at the level of 1%.en_US
