A total service quality management model was developed in this paper. The design integrated the pre-service delivery stage, service delivery stage and post-service delivery stage into one single model, similar to the structure of a total manufacturing quality management system. The design specification was described by means of data flow diagrams (DFD). The model can be used as the base for further development toward a computer integrated service quality management information system.en_US
