dc.description.abstract | A new method for the determination of phosphorus using Triton X-100 instead of reducing agents is more sensitive than procedures described earlier. Organic phosphate esters do not appear to interfere with the determination of free phosphate under the conditions of the assay. All reagents are stable at room temperature and the absorbance is measured at convenient wavelengths. | en_US |
