dc.description.abstract | ONECELL, a computer simulation of the metabolism of a single cell, has been embedded in CELLSPACE, a tessellation model for expressing and manipulating intercell relationships. ONECELL and CELLSPACE parameters can be set so as to achieve normal slow monolayer growth of cells, or abnormal rapid multilayer growth. The biochemical basis of such phenomena is explicit, and can be varied at will. | en_US |
