Table of Contents: A Guide to Bad Bossmanship by Pringle Smith p. 3 - Participants in the School's Management Development Program filled out a questionnaire describing the worst boss they had ever worked for. From these answers, we culled some simple guidelines for achieving bad bossmanship, which we present as a public service to our readers. ; Changing International Economic Patterns by Sidney L. Jones p. 5 - Former finance professor Sidney L. Jones was recently appointed Minister-Counselor for Economic Affairs to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. Here he discusses the emerging character of the European Economic Community and future economic relations between the EEC and the United States. ; Psychoanalysis for the Organization by Raymond E. Hill p. 9 - Ray Hill, assistant professor of industrial relations, reviews the book Organizational Diagnosis by Harry Levinson and finds that it combines psychoanalytic concepts with the theory of human organization. ; The Kalmbach Management Center p.11 - Pictures to give you an idea of the beautiful new Management Center that has recently been acquired by the Business School. The Center is named for Leland J. Kalmbach and his son, Dohn, both of whom made major contributions toward the purchase of the new facilities. ; The Moniac p. 21 - A complicated and fascinating visual aid for the teaching of monetary theory has been given to the School by Andrew Court, former economist for General Motors. ; Among Ourselves p. 22 - An entire Dutch MBA class visits the School for 10 days; Herbert Stein, chairman of President Nixon's Council of Economic Advisers, speaks at annual business conference; New York Alumni Club co-sponsors art auction. ; We Want to Hear From You! p. 28 - Byron Hestevold, MBA '65, wrote a letter to the editor suggesting that Dividend inaugurate a suggestion card to facilitate two-way communication between the School and its alumni and friends. We thought the idea excellent. The postcard is on the back cover. Write us! ; About the Cover, We believe our cover needs no explanation. However, we want to thank the man who was good sport enough to pose as the prototype "bad boss." He is Jacques Les Strang, editor and publisher of Seaway Review Magazine, which is a trade magazine of the Great Lakes shipping industry, and of Limnos Magazine, a publication having to do with water and the environment. The cover photo is by Stuart G. Abbey. <http://hdl.handle.net/2027.42/50703>
