dc.description.abstract | In the last decade the development of simple instruments for measuring solar and thermal radiation has encouraged increasing interest in the correlation of such measurements with biological phenomena. This paper describes the results of measurements made of net radiation over several different types of vegetation at UMBS in northern lower Michigan. The objective of the study was two-fold: (1) to measure the total icoming solar and thermal radiation and the net radiation over various types of vegetation, and (2) to interpret the significance of any difference found. | en_US |
