dc.description.abstract | Evidence for considerable ground water flow into Mud Lake bog, Cheboygan County, Michigan. Ground water seems to be the source of minerals maintaining high conductivity and alkalinity in Mud lake bog. The bog has a large sphagnum mat area which could be responsible for a high rate of efflux of dissolved minerals from the bog water proper. | en_US |
