We sampled the substrata, vegetation and fishes between the shoreline and the drop off of South Fishtail Bay in Douglas Lake. Three broad substrata types were categorized, as well as three broad vegetation associations. Fishes were found in all three substrata types, with a strong preference for patches with vegetation.en_US
