dc.description.abstract | This study examined the effects of time of day, flower density, and location of patches with respect to the forest canopy on pollinator visitation rates to Gaylussacia baccata. We simultaneously observed four plots distinguished from one another by the variables of high and low density as well as location with respect to the forest canopy. The results showed that pollinators preferentially forage on the edge of the canopy and late in the afternoon. Flower density was found to have no significant effect on pollinator visitation rates. | en_US |
